Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement, and understanding HR best practices, while being equipped to handle various HR functions, from recruitment to performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee files.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Promote and manage employee wellness programs.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate on performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide support in resolving workplace disputes and grievances.
  • Administer job evaluations and compensation reviews.
  • Foster effective communication between management and staff.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
