Responsibilities

• Perform all aesthetic services with professionalism and care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic procedures.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain inventory of skincare products and supplies.
• Participate in training and development workshops.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or similar qualification
• Certification in advanced aesthetic procedures is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a salon or spa setting

Technical Skills

• Facial Treatments
• Waxing

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• CIDESCO or ITEC Certification
• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in laser treatments: Knowledge of laser aesthetics and skin therapies.
• Strong marketing skills: Ability to promote and sell spa services effectively.
