Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Egg Breaking Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will manage the operation and maintenance of egg-breaking machines, ensuring efficiency in separating yolks from whites while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of egg-breaking machinery.
• Conduct routine checks and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Provide technical support to less experienced team members.
• Report directly to the Production Manager regarding machine performance and output.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Higher certificate in Food Processing or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
