Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails to provide prompt responses.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and offer additional support where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training of new team members as required.

Advantageous

  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans.
  • Experience with live chat software: Familiarity with live chat tools to enhance customer engagement.
