We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Diploma or degree in customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
