Join our compliance management team as a Compliance Officer in Sandton. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing regulatory compliance and create action plans for non-compliance issues.
• Train new employees on compliance policies and promote a culture of compliance.
• Participate in investigations of compliance violations and report findings.
• Assist in the creation of compliance awareness programs for all staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Compliance or Law is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar compliance role

Certifications

• Compliance Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• B-BBEE certification: Understanding of B-BBEE compliance requirements and implementation.
