Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in various areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You'll be responsible for advising clients on HR best practices, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR staff within client organizations.
  • Develop succession planning processes for key organizational roles.
  • Help clients implement employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure effective communication systems are in place within organizations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analytical feedback to management.
  • Streamline HR processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Advise on employee engagement strategies to improve retention.
  • Support clients during audits and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Foster strong client relationships to drive HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources consulting or management
