Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Johannesburg, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team by managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment activities and manage the hiring process.
  • Develop and manage employee relations programs.
  • Implement HR policies, and ensure employees are informed of such.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for employee records.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
