Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Form Carpenter responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks for concrete structures. The ideal candidate will interpret blueprints accurately and collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure high-quality builds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper alignment and stability of structures.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site for seamless project delivery.
• Perform regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and safety practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in training junior carpenters and apprentices when needed.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certificate in carpentry or a related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in carpentry, with specific experience in form carpentry being advantageous.

Technical Skills
