You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and advise on corporate laws and regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Monitor changes in legislation and their impact on clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of legal proceedings.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
• Develop and implement compliance programs for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law preferred

Experience

• 7 years of experience in legal advisory roles
