Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to implement and enforce compliance measures, as well as develop training programs for staff to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify training needs and develop compliance training programs.
• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Compliance Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role or similar position
