Job Description

As a Mixing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to produce high-quality products. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that product specifications are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate blending machines, ensuring accurate ingredient ratios.
• Conduct regular inspections of the blending equipment for safety.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment use and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant technical training is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Familiarity with various mixing equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
