Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to our customers through various communication channels.
  • Handle complex inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Keep updated on product developments to provide informed support.
  • Record all customer interactions in the system for reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist in training new customer support agents.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
