Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise in HR practices will help us enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and compliance programs.
• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Track and manage HR metrics and reports.
• Support the payroll and benefits administration.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree in HR Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
