Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise in HR practices will help us enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all recruitment activities and talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with management on performance evaluation processes.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys.
• Enforce company policies and encourage a positive work culture.
• Facilitate workshops on compliance and corporate ethics.
• Manage HR information systems and employee databases.
• Liaise with legal and compliance departments on HR matters.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree in HR Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
