Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently while enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support experience to clients.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in support issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support the development of training materials and user guides.
  • Provide input for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with support processes and standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and tips.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees in the support team.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology-focused customer support role
