Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of hotel operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations while ensuring top-notch guest experiences.
  • Handle guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Direct and support hotel staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Create marketing initiatives for promotional campaigns and special events.
  • Evaluate and maintain hotel facilities for quality assurance.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee vendor relations and inventory control processes.
  • Conduct regular team training and performance assessments.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere among guests and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
