Job Description

We seek a proactive Human Resources Manager to enhance our HR function in Gqeberha. You'll be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent development strategies. In this dynamic role, you will also oversee performance management and organizational development initiatives to support our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee succession planning and talent mapping activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention efforts.
• Monitor and improve workplace health and safety practices.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Manage employee payroll and benefits administration.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
