Responsibilities

• Review and analyze job descriptions to identify key requirements.

• Conduct interviews and compile feedback for hiring managers.
• Build a candidate database to ensure a steady flow of talent.
• Provide market insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
• Assist in negotiating offers and managing the offer process.
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment tactics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles

• Membership in the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP)
