Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues through remote desktop support.

  • Work closely with other departments to support their technical needs.
  • Assist in maintaining system documentation and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or related fields
