Job Description

Join us as an HR Manager where you will manage the full spectrum of HR activities from talent acquisition to performance management. You will be a key player in enhancing employee satisfaction and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize on talent acquisition efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Assist in crafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Facilitate conflicts resolution and mediate disputes when necessary.
  • Provide counselling and coaching to staff on personal and work-related issues.

Advantageous
