Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Services Director to lead our volunteer program. The ideal candidate will develop and implement recruitment strategies, coordinate training sessions, and ensure volunteers are effectively managed and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a database of volunteers and track their contributions.
• Provide ongoing support and training for volunteers.
• Manage the budget for the volunteer program.
• Work with the marketing team to promote volunteer opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the volunteer program.
• Organize community outreach activities to promote volunteerism.
• Engage with vulnerable populations through targeted volunteer projects.
• Foster a culture of appreciation for volunteers within the organization.
• Develop policies and procedures for the volunteer program.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in program development and management is an advantage.
