We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Cape Town location. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations including dining room and kitchen.
  • Develop policies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate catering services for special events and private bookings.

Advantageous

  • Experience with POS Systems: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
  • Event Planning Skills: Ability to plan and manage events, functions, and private parties.
