Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Success Manager who will drive customer satisfaction and retention in our Durban location. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products to better assist customers.
  • Implement customer health checks to proactively manage account status.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries to uphold service standards.
  • Participate in training courses to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technology sector
