Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting clients with their queries, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
