Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Factory Floor Manager to oversee our production operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will excel in managing workflow, ensuring safety, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate factory operations for optimal performance.
• Develop and implement production strategies and processes.
• Monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain product standards.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on projects.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiencies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management
