Job Description

We are on the hunt for an HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and be able to partner effectively with various stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to employee needs.
  • Evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies for effectiveness.
  • Negotiate employee contracts and benefits packages.
  • Perform regular audits of HR processes and policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Engage with external partners for recruitment and training services.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance through various initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading HR functions
