We are on the hunt for an HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and be able to partner effectively with various stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs tailored to employee needs.
Evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies for effectiveness.
Negotiate employee contracts and benefits packages.
Perform regular audits of HR processes and policies.
Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.
Engage with external partners for recruitment and training services.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Promote a healthy work-life balance through various initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Postgraduate qualification in HR is highly desirable
