Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and track customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Support colleagues in handling difficult customer scenarios.
  • Assist with product knowledge training for team members.
  • Compile reports on customer feedback for management review.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Degree in Customer Service Management is a bonus

  • 2+ years in a customer service role
