E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, manage product listings, and drive sales growth through analytical insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage budgets for the e-commerce department.
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Foster partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Enhance mobile commerce and social media selling strategies.
• Track and report on customer engagement metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Manage ongoing website enhancements and A/B testing.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for safe transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
