Job Description

The HR Operations Manager will be pivotal in managing day-to-day HR functions, focusing on policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in human resources, particularly in operational roles within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Handle all employee relations issues effectively.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding for new hires.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data management and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR support to business units across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional HR certification is highly preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of HR operations experience, including leadership roles
