Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist in Port Elizabeth, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with installations, and ensure our clients have an exceptional experience with our products.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer support requests and provide solutions for complex problems.
• Educate clients about company solutions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to resolution documentation.
• Work closely with product engineering teams to communicate customer feedback.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Assist in system updates and upgrades for clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure problems were resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
• Relevant IT certifications are preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
