Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints and deliver satisfactory solutions.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Deliver consistent and outstanding customer experiences across all channels.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Communication is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
