Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Policy Manager to lead our contract management initiatives in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts, understanding legal implications, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of contract strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline contract processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for all contractual documents.
  • Conduct regular audits of contract management processes.
  • Analyse contract data for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present contract performance reports to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in contract policy or compliance management
