Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will lead the way in maintaining the integrity of clinical trials. You will conduct site visits, monitor the adherence to study protocols, and ensure data accuracy. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to contribute effectively to the research mission.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trial budgets and timelines effectively.
• Facilitate communication between different stakeholders in the trial.
• Analyze and summarize clinical data for reporting purposes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders.
• Conduct audits and prepare for inspections by regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or Pharmacy
• Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in relevant fields are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in clinical trial monitoring
