Job Description

As a Patient Concierge, you will provide personalized support and guidance to patients, ensuring their healthcare journey is smooth and their needs are met. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for patients and coordinating their appointments and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating healthcare appointments and services.
  • Ensure that patients have the necessary paperwork and information for their appointments.
  • Provide information and education to patients about their healthcare options.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to enhance the patient experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development to improve service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve services and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
