We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice to corporate clients, manage high-stakes transactions, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate transactions and compliance audits.
• Provide guidance on company secretarial obligations.
• Assist with dispute resolutions and litigation preparation.
• Work with clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for client staff.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles
