Responsibilities

• Create and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the firm in hearings.
• Advise clients on dispute resolution processes and strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Support business development initiatives with legal insight.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree or equivalent qualification
• Master's degree in Law is advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory with a focus on corporate law.
