Responsibilities

• Perform humane trimming of animal tongues.
• Ensure tools are sterilized and ready for use.
• Conduct regular inspections on livestock health.
• Train new employees on proper procedures.
• Maintain records of trimming activities and health checks.
• Coordinate with feed and care teams to optimize animal health.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Assist with animal handling and care during procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training in animal welfare.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities for processes.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required.

Experience

• Prior experience trimming livestock tongues preferred but not required.

Technical Skills
