Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for effectiveness.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for turnover reduction.
  • Implement employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and administering the budget for the HR department.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement solutions.
  • Support employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies or procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Collaborate with external partners when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
