Job Description

We are in search of a Hotel Manager who will oversee daily operations of our Cape Town property. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of hotel management, a passion for guest service, and a proven track record in leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage team performance, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Analyze market trends to optimize hotel strategies and marketing.
  • Establish guest relations initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
  • Oversee financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Certification in hotel management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role within a hotel setting
