Responsibilities

• Guide groups through various sightseeing experiences, providing expert knowledge.
• Manage group dynamics to ensure enjoyable experiences for all.
• Prepare and review logistics before each tour.
• Offer insights into local customs, traditions, and attractions.
• Monitor group safety and manage any issues that arise during tours.
• Encourage guest interaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide support in marketing and promoting tours to new guests.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related role, ideally in tour guiding

Certifications

• Advanced First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
