Responsibilities

• Analyze existing compliance frameworks and recommend improvements.
• Monitor emerging risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to foster a culture of compliance.
• Draft compliance policies and procedures based on risk assessments.
• Identify trends in compliance incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and execution of compliance training programs.
• Support the Compliance Manager in various compliance projects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of compliance assessments and actions taken.
• Use data analytics tools to enhance risk assessment processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related fields
• Master's degree is a plus

• 3-5 years of experience in risk assessment or compliance roles
