Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls from customers.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Create customer accounts and manage existing profiles.
  • Promote company products and services to customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking and managing customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service that aligns with company values.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification in Customer Care or related studies is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
