Job Description

We need a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, communicative, and has strong problem-solving abilities. Your role will include managing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions, contributing to our mission of outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve issues.
  • Assist with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer concerns.
  • Work with various departments to provide complete solutions.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Certificate in Customer Service or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles will be beneficial.
