Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment process from initial contact through to acceptance of job offers.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Manage candidate databases and track candidate progress through the hiring process.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends to advise clients on competitive salaries and benefits.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
