Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of our customer service operations, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective assistance with their IT needs. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Degree in Computer Science is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
