Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a strategic thinker with great interpersonal skills to enhance our company culture and meet our workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop talent management strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Promote health and safety practices in the workplace.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to improve workplace diversity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on HR-related matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage

  • 5+ years in a similar HR role
