Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Apex Customer Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service to our valued clients. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
