Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will assess learning and development needs across the organization, create comprehensive training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing workforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with education experts to design relevant training content.
• Support individual career development plans through competency mapping.
• Align training initiatives with organizational strategic goals.
• Build partnerships with external training providers for specialized training.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff involved in learning activities.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within learning environments.
• Enhance the use of digital tools and e-learning platforms in program delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 4+ years in workforce training and development

Certifications

• Training and Assessment Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
