Responsibilities

  • Implement feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer service metrics.
  • Actively seek ways to improve customer service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Degree in Communication is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a customer service or support role

Languages
