Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests across various platforms.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous service improvement.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the team's efforts to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss best practices.
  • Remain knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or Business is an advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
